Ok here is the deal, my evil ex brother in law got custody of the 3 youngest childern a few years ago. My sister keeps fihting but can't afford a lawyer so has to give up at a certain point.
How he got them in the first place. the oldest of the 3 is his birth daugther and was 14 at the time. She kept runnung away from him and finally told the courts she wanted to be with her mom and they granted it.
The youngest two are now 9 and 11. They are adopted from my sisters friend. Her friend lost custody to CPS and signed her rights to my sister. She did not adopt them for them to be fought over or mistreated.
The youngest came to her house a few weeks ago and had brusies over her body and said it was from her dad and dads girlfriend spanking her for wanting her mom ( my sister). So my sister tried to get an attorney that was willing to take her car for services. He had my sister turn in her ex in to cps, then told her he could only take the car as retianer and she had to bring in $1,000 everytime he seen her. She can't afford this.
The youngest came to my sisters last weekend and said her dad told her to tell my sister if she keeps fighting to be with her he was going to put her back in foster care.
Anyone with any compassion knows this a bad thing to tell a cchild who is adopted just wanting to be loved.
If it wasn't for the state check that they recieve for being adopted the exhusband wouldn't want them. And we know it is all about the money because he gets this check that is well over $1,000 each month and is still trying to make my sister pay child support. (I say over $1,000 because I can't remember if it is $1,200 or $1,800.)
During the divorce when the check would come in the mail he would go to the house while my sister was at work and steal it form the mail box and cash it and not give it to the girls. In result my sister fell behind on bills and the house. She lost the house and my sisters ex husband took the girls because my sister had no where to stay. It is truly sad. when I get to see my nieces they beg me to take them with me so their dad can't find them. They know he doesn't know where I live. He has the 11 year old so brainwashed she is going back to fostercare she is scared to go to their moms house. She says I can't because I will get a spankin ghwen I go home. I am not allowed to say your name at dads house. I have to call dads girlfriend mom (this is his 3rd or 4th girlfriend by the way and it always the same. )
So I am here today looking for help. Maybe you know an attorney or are an attorney that will help stand up for these girls and my sister. Or you can help us raise funds.
